Paid Tournament Policy & Non-Custodial Terms
Mandatory Notice Regarding Paid Tournaments
ESports is strictly a tournament management, bracket organization, and match discovery platform. The platform does NOT act as a payment gateway, money transmitter, escrow agent, or prize distributor.
1. Independent Organizer Financial Relationship
When an organizer marks a tournament as PAID, the platform displays the stated entry fee and the organizer's direct contact or payment instructions (e.g. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, PayPal). All monetary transactions take place entirely outside the platform between the participant and the independent tournament organizer.
2. Registration Approval vs. Proof of Payment
An "Approved" participant status in this system indicates that the tournament organizer has verified the participant's eligibility according to their own independent standards. Platform registration approval does not constitute proof or guarantee of financial payment, receipt of funds, or prize security.
3. Organizer Responsibilities
Tournament organizers are solely responsible for:
- Accurately presenting entry fee requirements and payment instructions.
- Collecting and reconciling participant fees.
- Handling refund requests and financial discrepancies.
- Guaranteed and timely disbursement of advertised tournament prizes.
- Maintaining professional and dispute-free event operations.
4. Platform Scam Moderation & Reporting
While ESports does not hold financial liability for external transactions, we enforce zero tolerance for fraud. Any participant who suspects scamming, unfulfilled prizes, or misrepresentation may submit an in-platform report via the Report feature. Verified misconduct will result in permanent suspension of the offending organizer and blacklisting of associated credentials.
